1:1 Functional Medicine Plan

$3,300

  • 16 weeks starting from when you are accepted and submit intake paperwork.

  • Every two weeks we send you and email with education, encouragement and a link to fill out a detailed follow-up form. Once you submit that back, we respond with individualized feedback.

  • Yes, we offer an option to split the fee into monthly amounts. First payment being $1050, and 3 payments of $750.

  • We desire to create an atmosphere of respect and responsibility as we guide and support you in your healing. We want to ensure we are a good fit for your needs and vice versa. We ask you view the application as an opportunity to tune in to your goals, your attitude towards health, and your body’s ability to heal.

  • If you know your body is struggling and you are finished chasing symptoms or guessing what remedies, supplements, diet or lifestyle choices help might you, this 1:1 option is for you.

  • To keep the overall cost affordable, we allow individuals the option to add on more calls when necessary. We find that most people feel supported with the structure and schedule, but if there is a time you feel the portal messaging and follow ups are not enough, feel free to book a live call.
