WE ARE MOVING OUR OFFICE.
Last week Friday, April 28th, we were made aware of the presence of mold in our office space. For the health and safety of our patients, we have made the decision to relocate our office. For the time being, our friends at Spirit of Health in Grandview have offered a temporary space for Dr. Jake to continue treating patients, beginning Tuesday May 9th. Our office space is in the back of Spirit of Health on the WEST SIDE of the building. There is a separate entrance with signage and parking, but this entrance opens directly into the treatment room. We ask that you wait in your car or at the picnic area outside this entrance. Dr. Jake will let you know when he is ready for you.
Please be aware, Spirit of Health hosts pilates classes frequently during the day and we would appreciate your cooperation in respecting their space, especially during the times the doors to the pilates studio are closed.
Notes for parents:
1. Due to our situation with mold, we did not keep any of the toys. Please bring some with you!
2. Please keep the kiddos with you. We are guests in this space and we want to preserve a calm and peaceful environment for patrons of Spirit of Health.
As some of you know, this has been a frustrating process and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please pray for the situation with our old space to resolve quickly and without incident. We greatly appreciate your patience the past few weeks with cancellations and rescheduling.
