Please allow up to a total of 45 min in your schedule for this consult. 

With our busy schedule, the start time could vary up to 20 minutes. For example, if you are scheduled for 10:00am, know that it may take us up to 10:20 to begin.

We hope to be on time, but we want to exercise caution to allow for computer glitches or other unforeseen circumstances. Please reach out if you have any issues scheduling!

The timing of the consult is your choice. 

You may want to consider delaying this appointment until after your munchee arrives. This will allow for a better understanding of the device. After you begin to practice with your child, you may develop additional questions. 

After scheduling, you will receive a link for detailed questionaire. 

Please take your time when filling out the form. Do not rush through it. The more details you provide, the better we will be able to help address your concerns in this short consult.

We will need the form submitted back no less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled consult so we have time to look over the history and concerns. If we do not receive the online form 2 days in advance, we will reach out to reschedule.

Your child is not required to be present during the virtual consult.

If you want your child with you, it may be beneficial for you to have another adult (family member or friend) available to help you in case they are not participating calmly so you can focus on the meeting. We don't want you to miss out on any valuable information.

Be aware, during this consult we will NOT be performing an oral evaluation or assessing for tongue or lip ties.

Neither of those can be done in a virtual 15 minute appointment. We will listen to your concerns, provide guidance for how the munchee can help address problem areas, and allow time for any specific questions. 

The appointment will be through our secure and HIPPA compliant booking software, Jane Online Appointments, not ZOOM.

To use your iphone or ipad for the call, you will need to download the Jane online appointments app from the App Store. The app gives simple detailed instructions on what to expect.

For using your laptop or desktop computer or android devices, you will have the best experience with Chrome web-browser. Safari has poor video quality and Firefox does not allow to reduce the quality of the video so it will gobble up all your bandwidth.

All these details and more tips will also be included in an email prior to the appointment! You can even test your video experience before the call!

When scheduling you will be asked to add a credit card.

Please note, the card is a requirement for all appointments with our software, but your card will not be charged as you have already paid for this appointment when you purchased the munchee.
